AI Project Manager

Job Description

Askquala is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes that align with client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI implementation projects from inception to successful delivery
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and business analysts
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Manage client expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project progress, manage scope, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Translate technical concepts into business terms for stakeholder presentations
• Work with sales and product teams to define project scopes and deliverables

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years managing AI or data science projects
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, development processes, and technologies
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
• Technical background or experience working with development teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
